Erica works with major gift donors, trustees, and executive leaders. In addition to her years in consulting, she also worked in-house at a complex, multi-tiered academic medical center, which complements her appreciation of the importance of developing tailored solutions to reflect each organization’s unique culture.

She is a proud University of Maine Black Bear. She attended Vanderbilt Law School, where she has volunteered as Co-Chair and Social Chair of her last two reunions. Erica serves on her town’s Zoning Board of Adjustments, Master Planning Committee, and its Heritage Commission. She was a delegate to the 2020 Democratic National Convention for Senator Amy Klobuchar. She is also active on the state and local level with the Democratic Party, serving on the State Committee, the Rockingham County Executive Committee, and as Treasurer of the Hampton Committee. Erica lives in an 1850 Gothic Revival farmhouse that neighborhood children believe is haunted. She loves to garden, read, surf, and bake specialty cheesecakes.
